Beatuty and the Beast - Part 2

But it was too late; the arrow pierced Belle’s tiny body. As she fell to the ground
“No!” Beast roared. He emerged from the darkness and started to wrestle with Gaston again. Beast grabbed Gaston by his neck and held him out over the edge of the roof, squeezing his neck tighter and tighter.
“Put me down. Put me down! Please don’t hurt me! I’ll do anything! Anything!” gasped Gaston, fearing for his life.
Beast slowly started to ease him down onto the ground, as compassion overtook the Beast. He shoved Gaston a little and yelled “Get out! And stay away!”

Beast turned around to see Belle lying on the ground motionless; he walked over to her and went to pick her up in his arms. Gaston hadn’t left at all. He snuck up behind Beast, stabbing him in the back. Beast roared in pain. As Gaston pulled the knife out preparing to take another blow, Beast furiously turned around and pushed Gaston with all his power, knocking him off the edge of balcony. Beast watched as Gaston fell to his death, feeling relieved.

As he stood above Belle, tear drops started to fall from his eyes mixing with the rain. He lifted her up and carried her back inside. He softly placed her down on the floor in front of the fireplace and gently pulled the arrow out of her.

“No, no! Please! Please! Please don’t leave me! I love you!” he wept.
Through the tears he spotted the magic rose, on the table, which had turned from a bright red into a deep dark red. He got up and removed the rose from the glass case. He made his way back to Belle and as he laid down next to her, he placed the rose on her chest. He gave her one small kiss on the lips and then held her in his arms. “I love you.” he whispered and he laid his head against her face.

One of the petals dropped from the rose, and fell onto her wound. There was a spark and the petal flashed like a glittering diamond. Beast raised his head noticing the petal sparkling over her wound. He looked up and saw that the rain was falling like shooting stars onto his castle.

All of a sudden he felt a striking pain, like he was being stabbed in his heart. The pain made him fall into a deep sleep. Fog started to surround his whole body, as he magically rose up into the air and began to spin around. He was then enveloped in a cloud of light and his cloak wrapped itself around his body. In the cloak, his body started shake and change. His front paw punched out from his cloak and his claws turned into fingers. His hind paws developed into feet. A breeze crossed his face and his fur started to dissolve away to reveal the handsome young Prince. His body then slowly floated, descending back down onto the floor, as the fog disappeared.

Beast woke up, stood up and looking down at his hands he realised the spell had been broken. He knelt back down next to Belle and looked at the petal on her wound. Watching her lie there, he went to brush the petal off her chest, only to find her wound had healed over. Confused as to why she wasn’t moving, he asked “Belle?”
Her body started to flinch and her eyes slowly opened. “Belle!” he cried, relieved, through tears of joy.
Belle reached out to touch him, and then hesitantly jerked her hand back. “Belle, it’s me!” he said hysterically.
She continued to look at him sceptically, examining every part of his body, then she noticed his big blue eyes and instantly knew it was him. “It is you!” she replied, gasping at his handsomeness.

Beast wrapped his arms around her and for the first time, they slowly kissed. As the kiss came to an end they were greeted by the objects, who had turned back into his servants. “Lumiere! Cogsworth! Oh, Mrs Potts! Look at us!” he said with joy. “It’s a miracle!” replied Lumiere.

Beast picked up Belle and twirled her around as danced around the ballroom. All Beasts’ servants and Belle’s father gathered around them, celebrating the joyous wedding. Above Belle and Beast as they circled the dance floor was a stained glass window, with a picture of Beast and Belle in the centre of it. They looked up, smiling and started to kiss.

And they all lived happily ever after.

Hi Ashlee, your fanfiction is good, it is very attracting to the readers and your writing keeps the readers interested and wanting to read more. I enjoyed reading your fanfiction and think you've written your story very well and exactly like the "fairytale genre" your chosen topic is from. There are a few grammar errors in your writing but there nothing big and im sure they won't affect your story in any big way. Also I like the photos you have used of Beauty and The Beast they really create the scene for your fanfiction which is another bonus.
Excellent Fanfiction!
